The Britona Riverside Retreat features three fully furnished apartments for 'long stay' rentals (i.e. 1-11 months). However, the owners will respond to all enquiries for shorter stays, with particular pricing conditions and subject to availability.

The property is designed with one 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, and two single bedroom units on the first floor. All apartments feature a lounge, open floor kitchenettes and amenities providing European style comfort such as hot and cold water 24 hr/day, private bathroom and WC, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, twin gas burner, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen ware. Apartments are furnished and feature glazed tile flooring.

' Palms' Apartment
This spacious one bed room ensuite bathroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the house and it accommodates up to 4 people (one queen size bed and 2 addl pullout sleepers). The unit is tastefully furnished to provide you the comfort and relaxation you deserve. You will particularly enjoy its private balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Mandovi river.

'Churchview' Apartment
This is the second one bed room one bathroom unit situated on the first floor of the house. With an open floor plan, it can accommodate up to 4 people (one queen size bed, 1 pull-out sofa-cum-bed). It is fully furnished. From its private balcony and over the top of coconut trees surrounding the property you will enjoy a relaxing and peaceful view of the river and the church.

'Mandovi' Apartment
This spacious two bedroom ensuite bathroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the property. The unit sleeps up to 4 (2 queen size beds, ).The unit also has a large lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. You will particularly enjoy private access to the patio on the river bank. Luxurious coconut palm trees surrounding the house will fill your stay with an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
